First Try at Dieting Failed

Well, I tried the calorie count dieting thing and I failed miserably! I got on a website that someone told me about and it is very helpful. I found a counter on it that tells you how many calories a day you can eat and still loose the weight you want to loose and how long it will take you to loose. I got through breakfast and lunch and then it all just fell apart! I almost wonder if I am getting low blood sugar or something because by afternoon I was feeling shaky and faint and that sort of thing. I felt awful sick. So I guess I need to find something different. Do you all have any suggestions?

I do the weight watchers thing too but do not go to meetings. If you can get ahold of a book and or points calculator, it would be great. I find that this works good for me because I know exactly what I can eat and can have good food too if I just want to sacrifice the points. I lost about 5 on it and have just started back with no seconds and trying to not snack too much especially after supper. If I snack, I try something low-calorie such as popcorn with spray butter. Have lost about 2 more! Hopefully this works! It's so hard!
